How this calculator works

Total stems = tables × centerpieces per table × stems per centerpiece. Estimated cost = total stems × your cost per stem.

Every figure is calculated in your browser from the values you enter, so nothing is sent anywhere and you can adjust the inputs freely to match your own quote.

Frequently asked questions

How many stems should a centerpiece have?

It depends on the arrangement's width, the flower size, and how full you want it. Rather than guess, enter the stem count you have in mind and let the calculator scale it across your tables; then compare a couple of stem counts to see the cost difference.

Why is cost per stem an input rather than a fixed price?

Flower prices change with season, variety, and supplier, and quoting a single national price would be misleading. Enter the per-stem price you have been quoted to get an accurate total for your event.

How many centerpieces do I need per table?

One is common for a round table; long banquet tables often use a run of smaller arrangements. Enter however many you plan per table.

Does this include the bridal bouquet and other personal flowers?

No — this covers centerpieces only. Budget for bouquets, boutonnieres, and ceremony pieces separately; the wedding flower budget calculator splits a total across all of those.
