How this calculator works
Tables = ceil(guests ÷ guests per table). Centerpieces = tables × centerpieces per table. Total stems = centerpieces × stems per centerpiece. Estimated cost = total stems × your cost per stem.
Every figure is calculated in your browser from the values you enter, so nothing is sent anywhere and you can adjust the inputs freely to match your own quote.

Frequently asked questions
How many tables do I need for my guest count?
This depends on seating: divide the guest count by your guests-per-table figure and round up. The calculator does that for you, so changing the seating size immediately changes the table count.
What is a good stems-per-centerpiece figure?
It depends on the arrangement's width, the flower size and how full you want it. Rather than trust a fixed number, enter the stem count you have in mind and compare a couple of values to see how the total moves.
Why is cost per stem an input rather than a fixed price?
Flower prices change with season, variety and supplier, and quoting a single national price would be misleading. Enter the per-stem price you have been quoted to get an accurate total for your event.
Does this include the bridal bouquet and personal flowers?
No, this covers reception quantities only. Budget for bouquets, boutonnieres and ceremony pieces separately; the wedding flower budget calculator splits a total across all of those.
What if my event has no round tables?
Enter any seating layout that fits your event: banquet tables, farmhouse runs, or theatre rows. The arithmetic only needs a guest count and a per-unit figure.
